Heart Of Texas at Pecan Valley Ft Worth
The Woodlands Girls Golf Team won the Heart of Texas Championship in Fort Worth.
There was a large State quality field in attendance.
Veronika Exposito defended last years individual title with a solid 3rd place finish (73-70-73=216) in this years event.

This was a great start to a promising season. All the girls played well in competition with some of the state's best individual golfers and teams!
Woodlands Resort - Oaks Course Sept 27, 2022
Great Job by the ladies this week as the girls claimed 1st and 3rd place at the Oaks Course.
Belinda Yu led the way with a 1st place individual score of 79. Avery Sullivan and Sofia De La Garza tied for 3rd with a pair of 87's.
Ellie Hill (93) and Sofia Gaytan (97) played well in their 1st Highlander team event.
Well done ladies!
Swing for the Cure Oct 7-8, 2022
Another big time event for a few fresh faced Highlanders mixed in with some battle hardened veterans. The Highlanders put up a good fight and finished in the middle of the pack at the legendary Brackenridge GC in San Antonio which hosted the Swing for the Cure girls invitational.
Veronika Exposito (71-73-74) placed 14th with a solid 2 over par effort over 3 --rounds of play.

Margaritaville Oct 10-11, 2022
The Highlanders had a tough test at the Magnolia Margaritaville Girls invitational. Blythe Bowman led the teams effort with scores of 87 and 77. Kylie King added 92-87. Valentina Barron 94-92, Sofia De La Garza 94-94 and Kamry Ramage 103-89.
Atascocita Oct 21-22, 2022
The girls played with a skeleton crew at Atascocita due to impending homecoming festivities.
Sofia De La Garza had an impressive 79 opening round. While Luna Cruz and Aly Gonzalez added 88's
Lake Windcrest Oct 25, 2022
The Highlanders placed 1st and 3rd in the Magnolia invitational at Lake Windcrest on Oct 25th.
Senior Belinda Yu led the way for the Lime team with a 1st place individual score of 79. Kylie King added 87 and Avery Sullivan added 92.
The Jade team was led by Patty Mortimer who fired a personal tournament best of 87.

Solid 2nd team Varsity event. The girls finished 3rd with team scores of 332-328
